WWII Italian MVSN Fascist Dagger Knife

Original MVSN fascist dagger.  Blade is bright and unsharpened but, has been fooled with.  There are grinding marks near the cross guard, only part of one of the original rivets is intact and the end cap is missing from the grip.  Seems like someone had it apart.  All pieces are original.  Wood grip is solid and undamaged.  Scabbard is in very good original condition.
